Delivery & Returns
Torqit product warranty covers any defects in manufacturing and issues that arise when the product is defective and used under normal conditions during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Torqit will repair or replace products or part(s) when proven to be defective because of improper manufacturering. The warranty period for electronics is 5 years and 10 years on all stainless steel exhaust systems from date of purchase.
To be eligible for extended warranty, please fill out the required details in the extended warranty form.
Money Back Guarantee
The 30 day money back guarantee applies when the product fails to provide the performance advertised. The 30 day money back guarantee does not apply whereby customers change their mind. The customer must pay the cost of returning the products. All returns must have a copy of the purchase invoice. The money back guarantee is only applicable to the following products; Pedal Torq, Pedal Torq Plus & Power Module.
Shipping and Delivery
Torqit delivers Australia wide and to some overseas customers. Due to courier restrictions we are unable to ship to a PO Box.
Shipping is charged as a one off charge irrespective of the number of goods ordered. Shipping costs will be added to the total during checkout.
Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment receipt. If there are any delays due to out of stock or unable to dispatch your product, Torqit will notify you as soon as possible.

All Torqit product pricing is inclusive of 10% GST, and are in Australian Dollars.
Returns & Refunds
Torqit checks all products before they are dispatched for faults or damage. In the event that a fault or damage is overlooked, Torqit will exchange or refund your purchase (excluding shipping costs). All returns must be provided in its original packaging in a re-sellable state. Please contact Torqit within 7 days of purchase should your items be damaged or faulty.
We do not give refunds or exchange items if you simply change your mind. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we can offer an exchange for an item of equal value, however all shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Please note for exchanges, a prepaid envelope/satchel needs to be included for the replacement item to be sent out and exchanges need to be completed within 30 days of original purchase date. If an item should arrive damaged, or not at all, please contact us.
