WARRANTY

Most torqit products are covered by warranty periods. Customers who purchase product directly from the Website must contact torqit Customer Support on 1300 992 195 for Warranty claims. All products will be returned to us for evaluation prior to a refund or replacement being issued. The customer must pay the cost of returning the products (excluding exhausts systems). We will pay for the return freight back to you.All returns must have a copy of the purchase invoice with the warranty return.

Money Back Guarantee

Some torqit products are covered by a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. Customers who purchase product (covered by a Guarantee period) directly from the Website must contact torqit Customer Support on 1300 992 195 for Money Back Guarantee enquiries. All products will be returned to us for evaluation prior to a refund being issued. The customer must pay the cost of returning the products. All returns must have a copy of the purchase invoice.

Shipping and Delivery

torqit delivers products Australia wide using TNT couriers. A TNT Tracking Number will be provided once products are dispatched from our warehouse and all items can be tracked via Tracking Number through www.tnt.com.au, a signature is required on delivery.

Shipping costs are as follows:

  • torqit Performance Modules and Pedal torq:$15.00 Australia wide
  • torqit Performance Exhaust Systems:

NSW, VIC and QLD              $40.00

SA and TAS                        $50.00

NT and WA                         $100.00

Shipping charges are exclusive of GST.

Shipping is charged as a one off charge irrespective of the number of goods ordered on the one order. Shipping costs and will be added to the total before checkout.

All orders received and paid for in full before 12pm will dispatch that day providing the goods are in stock. Deliverycan take upto 7 business days depending on your postcode.

Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment receipt.If there are any delays due to out of stock or unable to dispatch your product, torqit will notify you as soon as possible and you will have the option of changing or canceling yourorder for a full refund.

Returns & Refunds

torqit check all products before they are dispatched for faults or damage.In the event that a fault or damage is overlooked, torqit will happily exchange or refund your purchase (excluding shipping costs).All returns must be provided in its original packaging in a re-sellable state.Please contact torqit within 7 days of purchase should your items be damaged or otherwise faulty.

Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds or exchange items if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision. If you're not satisfied with your purchase we can offer an exchange for an item of equal value, however all shipping costs must be paid by the customer and a 10% restocking fee will apply.All returns must be provided in its original packaging and unused.Please note for exchanges, a prepaid envelope/satchel needs to be included for the replacement item to be sent out and exchanges need to be completed within 28 days of original purchase date.

If an item should arrive damaged, or not at all, please contact us straight away.The risk of loss/damage passes to you once the goods leave our warehouse however we will consider any damaged goods on a case-by-case basis.
